About The Event
This 4-hour workshop explores the differences between managers and leaders and what it takes to make leadership your organization's competitive advantage. Leadership is not a position on the organizational chart. It is instead a critical role that requires vision, mission, goals, and courage.
With course work based on Charlie Farrell’s book titled Courage to Lead (a copy to be provided to each participant at the end of the session), we will explore topics to include: positive confrontation, personal effectiveness, time management, and goal setting. Participants will also discover the importance of different leadership styles and how to maximize their personal effectiveness and that of other team members.
