Who are we?

We believe every organization should thoughtfully identify what they want to do, decide on a PLAN (vision, mission, values). The next step is to ORGANIZE (gather, structure, develop all the resources necessary to execute the plan).  The final step is to then COMMIT (which is to have unwavering focus on executing the plan while being conscious of the need for course corrections to ensure success). Therefore, in our thinking, PLAN, ORGANIZE, and COMMIT became synonymous with the management/leadership process. Thus our name, P.O.C. Management Services.

The P.O.C. Management Services team brings credentials as well as experience across a wide array of industries ranging from large corporate entities, to entrepreneurial ventures, to non-profits, and government agencies. Our functional experience includes general business administration, operations, information technology, human resources, facilities management, marketing, and financial management.
